The next study for the Life Giving Bread group will be “Genesis.” This will be our first study from the Old Testament. What better way than to start at the beginning?

The study will begin Sunday, February 7, 2016. We will study two chapters per week and cover the first 26 chapters of the Book of Genesis.  The study on the remaining 24 chapters of the Book of Genesis will take place September 4th through November 26^th (also 2 chapters/week).

This study is open to everyone (Adults, teenagers, Catholics, non-Catholics). The purpose of the study is to grow in the knowledge of God and the scripture. In addition, you will need a bible study guide. I recommend using the “Ignatius Catholic Study Bible: Genesis” by Scott Hahn & Curtis Mitch. This book contains biblical text, notes regarding the text on each page, and study questions.
